We use one of India’s leading and reputed payment gateways and don't store any of your payment transaction information.
You can choose to pay via any Credit or Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Diners Club), 65+ Net banking options, UPI, Wallets (Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Paytm) or Cash on Delivery.
'Cash on Delivery' Terms and Conditions:
Empyrean Art is pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as one of the payment options for a seamless experience. On placing an order upon checkout, you will be prompted to select a payment method. Choose ‘Cash on Delivery (COD) to avail of the payment mode.
Collection of Payment on delivery:
Once your order is ready for delivery, our designated Courier partner shall contact you to slot a time on the delivery day they will be able to deliver your package and collect the payment.
Customers are expected to prepare the amount due for collection at the time of delivery.
To facilitate a faster and smoother 'Cash on Delivery' experience it would be appreciated if you could prepare the exact amount to be collected; alternatively, you can also advise the courier delivery attendant to prepare change for a specified amount once they contact you for delivery schedule.
Can a Customer refuse to pay and receive a COD Order?
Yes, but the only valid reason to refuse to receive and pay for a COD order is for the wrong product(s) or damaged products delivered i.e. orders delivered are not what was actually ordered. In this case, kindly inform the Courier attendant of the reason for refusing to receive and pay so that the order can be returned to us quickly for immediate remediation.
Empyrean artworks are customized as per your order preferences.
Our production begins as soon as you place an order (sorta like placing an order for food); hence we may not always be able to process the order cancellation after a payment transaction has been completed and you’ve received a confirmation from us. However, we are happy to cancel the order before our production process begins, typically within an hour or two of your order being placed.
If you still wish to cancel, please either drop a message on our WhatsApp number +91 85919 14253 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the hour of placing an order to know if your order can yet be cancelled.
We provide free shipping for all product deliveries within India for Prepaid orders.
Our artworks are fully customized as per your order preferences; hence products are shipped within 4-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Shipping timelines depend on various factors, including regulations, restrictions, lockdowns or your shipping address. While we try our best to get your product to you in the shortest possible time, unforeseen delays may occur beyond our control, for which we ask your patience.
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday).
All our product packages are shipped via our courier partner with a tracking number. Tracking information will be auto-sent to the email address you provided us on checkout.
International shipping is available only to specific countries. You can write to us at email@example.com to check whether we ship to your location. Please note international shipping and handling duration varies by location up to 25 days for delivery. Note: International orders may also be subject to additional customs duties and taxes. These fees are not included in our product and shipping cost, nor are we responsible for covering them.
Address Change Request:
If you provided an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address upon checkout, please notify us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you fail to inform us of an address change request within 24 hours of placing the order, any additional shipping costs that may apply to re-ship your order.
At Empyrean, customer satisfaction is extremely important. Our artworks are fully customized as per your order preferences; hence orders once placed cannot be returned or refunded.
Each art product goes through a rigorous quality inspection before shipping; however, in the unlikely event that it arrives at the shipping destination in a damaged condition, we will replace it completely free of cost, including return shipping.
Process for Replacement:
Please inform us about the damaged artwork within 24 hours of receiving delivery either by writing to us via WhatsApp or emailing us with Order details at email@example.com.
Please include photos of the damaged product as proof and the order number in the email subject for faster processing.
You should retain the artwork in the same condition as it was received, along with the original packaging, to be eligible for a replacement.
Empyrean Art will arrange return shipping of the damaged art product at no extra cost. Please note, the return pickup will be done from the same delivery address.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will assess its condition before issuing a replacement order. Processing a replacement may take up to two weeks, and we will inform you of the new delivery date accordingly.
Important Note: Considering the nature of the product, Empyrean Art shall not be liable to replace the artwork if we are informed after the completion of 24 hours from the time of delivery.
We can only issue a replacement once per order.

Note: Orders are considered as 'Bulk Orders' if five or more products are purchased in a single billing.
At Empyrean, we have the highest regard for artists, copyrights and are committed to ethical business practices.
All the artworks showcased on our store are licensed either under the Public Domains Free Usage Policy, or under Creative Commons License Policies, or Empyrean Art Gallery Intellectual Property and International Copyright Laws.
Each canvas art print on our store contains the relevant license detail under 'Product Information'.
Artist attributions as applicable are also available on the relevant products.

- Handle the canvas art with care.
- Lightly dust. Do not rub the canvas surface.
- Do not use chemical cleaning solutions.
- Store using tissue, butter or any other acid-free paper.
